Sugar share helpers will be delivering their frozen sap near the old sugar house at Bellbrock park the Saturday morning of the festival where we will be boiling it as a demo on our pot belly stove evaporator. There will be samples available and syrup for sale from Four B's and Trees Farm.

Thank you to everyone who participated in our "Celebration of Trees" event, where the Bellbrook and surrounding communities participated in a workshop and collected sap from their trees for our third revival of the Sugar Maple Festival sap boil.  And thank you to Tonic True Nature, One Earth Collaborative, Five Seasons and the Bellbrook community for their support in this project.
