The 46th annual Sugar Maple Festival will be Friday through Sunday, April 19th - 21st 2024.  This community event is expected to attract 15,000 people.  Please take note of these special instructions:

This is a juried show.  Each applicant should provide two photographs representative of their booth display with product.  The festival committee has total control of the space available and reserves the right to reject any vendor deemed inappropriate or not conducive to the spirit of the festival.  The jury will limit vendors of similar type.  No vendor will be granted exclusivity.  When describing your items, please be specific.  The festival committee shall have the right to ask for removal of any part of a display deemed inappropriate for any reason including those items not listed on the application that may conflict with another vendor.  A very limited number of direct sales vendors are accepted and must have a minimum of 3 five foot tables full of cash and carry merchandise.  Confirmation letters are generally mailed March 31st.

Booth Space: Festival booth space is approximately 10’ x 10’.  Priority consideration for same booth space will be given to returning vendors whose applications are received prior to January 31, 2024.  Any returned check will be assessed a fee of $35.00 in addition to your bank’s fees.

Craft Show Hours

• Saturday, April 20: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Parade 10:30 AM.

• Sunday, April 21: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Licensing: You are responsible for any license or permit needed to sell your product. Copyright holders or their representatives may sweep the festival to verify licenses. The Health Department will also come by.

Set-Up: Each vendor must provide booth structure, weights, and display.  Vendors may set up Friday evening after 5:00 PM. (NOT BEFORE) and on Saturday morning from 7:30-9:30 AM.  A festival representative will be posted at the entry point.  The festival area is very congested during set-up, so please be patient.  Move all vehicles to the Sugarcreek Elementary School parking lot on East St. as soon as possible.  Booth numbers are found at the left rear corner of each space.  We require a minimum of 180 pounds of weights per tent.  Absolutely no nails or spikes are to be driven into the pavement.  All displays must be contained within the designated space.  No raffles are permitted.

SECURITY IS NOT PROVIDED DAY OR NIGHT. THE SUGAR MAPLE FESTIVAL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY THEFT, VANDALISM, OR DAMAGE TO YOUR PROPERTY.

Take-Down: Merchandise should be packed and the booth dismantled before your vehicle is brought into the exhibit area.  NO VEHICLES WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE FESTIVAL AREA DURING FESTIVAL HOURS.  THIS RESTRICTION WIILL BE ENFORCED BY THE BELLBROOK POLICE DEPARTMENT.

FESTIVAL IS RAIN OR SHINE: The weather is very unpredictable in April, please plan accordingly.
